Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

Livendo products are non-returnable due to their consumable and personal care nature. However, we are happy to assist you in the event of the following issues:

  • If the product is delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • If the wrong product is delivered.
  • If the product delivered is expired.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Kindly send an email to online@livendoindia.com with the following details:

  • Clear unboxing video of the product.
  • Invoice or order confirmation.
  • Inner and outer packaging.
  • Batch number of the product.

Our customer care team will review your case and assist you accordingly. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to respond.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if:

    • The product is damaged during delivery.
    • The product delivered is incorrect.
    • The product is expired.

    Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if:

    • The product is damaged after delivery due to misuse or neglect.
    • The product is returned without the original invoice.
    • The batch number or price label is tampered with or missing.
    • The product is without its original packaging.

    Refund Process:

    Once your return or refund request is approved, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only. Please note that no cash refunds will be issued. It may take up to 5-7 business days after refund initiation for the online refund to be processed.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    Livendo products are non-returnable due to the personal care, wellness, and consumable nature of the product. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

    Damages Due to Negligence:

    Please note that damages resulting from improper handling, neglect, or incorrect usage of the product will not be covered under our returns and refund policy.

    If any of the above mentioned criterias are not followed, the refund policy will not be applicable.
